Andrew Foreman became a market leader in the modular and portable building industry starting in the late 1980’s when he established Foremans Relocatable Building Systems Ltd. The business was sold to Portakabin in early 2000, the market sector leaders, in a multi million pound deal. Andrew Foreman remains the owner of the factory and industrial land and leases to Portakabin / Shepherd Group.
Andrew Foreman then established Interlink Building Systems Ltd with a successful proven management team who focused on manufacturing and hire of modular buildings. The company became market leader with circa £50m turnover. The company was sold for £32m to WACO, a South African group in 2004. Andrew Foreman retained ownership in the commercial factories and industrial land on long term leaseholds.
Andrew Foreman also has interests in 8 factories and industrial land along with various housing, leisure developments and aviation. Andrew Foreman is the founder of the Catfoss Group of companies who are currently developing Eco friendly commercial solutions.
Due to a personal passion of the Chairman, the Group also owns the Beverley Polo Club & equestrian facilities on the 110 acre country house estate at the family home Tickton Hall, Beverley, East Yorkshire. The estate is also available for hire for concerts / music festivals & general events.
